Can you buy surf and turf with food stamps? Hell yeah!

First we will say grace: For what we are about to receive may the Lord make us truly thankful for the taxpayers and for the food stamps that they provide to us! The question many might be asking is whether those who receive food stamps are limited as to the types of food that can be purchased with them? For example is there any restriction stopping them from buying lobsters and porterhouse steaks? Is there any rule or law that says the person who legally possesses the food stamps has to be the one eating the food purchased with those food stamps? Can you share it with you friends...
