That is exactly what we are talking about," noted the Times article, which was written by Curt Hopkins of ReadWriteWeb.

Greta? I like her but come on.... WTHeck?

My website has ip addresses for any commenter anyway - so do most if they have sense for any threats or crazies.

 Hold the citizen accountable ???   Hell, I cannot even get a letter from the IRS with a government individual's identification.
