This not the beginning chapter from a new Utopian/Dystopian fantasy novel.
(Can you can you call it Dystopian if all of the troublemakers have
been genetically dissected and discarded from the idyllic but cloudy
skied US? Presumably the ones that are left are genetically engineered
to be content with their lot. I’m sure the UN and WHO would consider me
to be a troublemaker so I can kiss my bloodline goodbye. Looks Like
Dystopia to me! )
The paper is a companion piece meant to test the findings of a the 2
year study produced by the “Project on National Security Reform.” The
study, entitled Forging a New Shield “found that the national security system was at risk of failure and needed serious reform.”
The following is an excerpt (page 64) of the Vision Working Group’s testing of
the recommendations of the Project.against various scenarios through a process of gaming or visioning. The entire document is well worth reading for the insight it
provides about the mindset of those who are so diligently working on
creating our future.

Today, in the United States, in Europe, and in the Pacific Rim, we

Operation MERCY, causing it to be cut off prematurely. This covert
