Ah ha! The Democrats have quickly realized that there cheap labor pool is about to run out...or be run out of town.
No need to be legalistic on the issue of discrimination. Just be humane ... don't discriminate because if you do, the Fed will make a dung out of you in court in an embarrassing defeat. Anyone, State or person, shouldn't prevail out of discriminatory hatred or mean-spiritedness especially for those who are applying for jobs to feed a hungry family of which the mean-spirited is unfairly taking advantage of.
