This is a 25.4% decline vs. July 2009. This is a 22.6% decline vs. June 2010. June 2010 sales were 21,610. While not as important as new home sales, think of all the carpeting, landscaping, appliance upgrades, cabinets, etc., that will all go "poof" right along with this decline.
