Cow farts, road dust and the Environmental Protection Agency

The EPA is now considering new regulations on....DUST. That's right! Dust is some kind of big threat to us what with it being a "new and unusual occurrence" (not) and of course now they are looking at the agricultural community and what fines, taxes, and fees could be applied to ...dust.
