Actually Arizona doesnt need any stinking Federal money. All they have to do is use the 10th Amendment to nullify any tax money sent to DC and use it for their own state law enforcement. Again, we see the Feds making nothing about nothing and wasting their time doing so. We do not need reform, only those that follow the laws that are already there. We have alot of people are misguided and they are not the Arizonans, they are those that try to get around the laws. They do not really represent the American people.

That's how you do Powell. Again, Powell is hard to nail down and I must ask to what utility would anyone want to?
