Report to Jail Deputy Stoddard
• ABC15Maricopa County Superior Court spokeswoman Karen Arra said Adam Stoddard must report to the 4th Avenue Jail in downtown Phoenix or face arrest after he was ordered to apologize to a Phoenix attorney Monday night.
Stoddard, who was found in contempt of court for walking up to an attorney's desk in a Phoenix courtroom and removing a document from files sitting on the desk, has refused to apologize for his actions.

Actually since this is the Sheriff's dept, only the Sheriff or the people CAN arrest a deputy, since the Sheriff's dept has authority over any court, so the bench order from a court does not hold power over the Sheriff dept.
There is no power higher then the Sheirff in a county. Not even a court !
And the Sheriff dept belongs to the people, not the state or any Federalist !
The PEOPLE is the only authority over the Sheriff dept.
The Sheriff is only answerable to the PEOPLE !
Respect mah authoritah?
Will the deputy be staying at the 4th Ave. hell hole? Or in the Glen Campbell luxury suite for jailed celebs? Place your bets.
