Report to Jail Deputy Stoddard

• ABC15
A Maricopa County Sheriff's detention officer must report to jail Tuesday or a bench warrant will be issued for his arrest, according to court officials.

Maricopa County Superior Court spokeswoman Karen Arra said Adam Stoddard must report to the 4th Avenue Jail in downtown Phoenix or face arrest after he was ordered to apologize to a Phoenix attorney Monday night.

Stoddard, who was found in contempt of court for walking up to an attorney's desk in a Phoenix courtroom and removing a document from files sitting on the desk, has refused to apologize for his actions.

Actually since this is the Sheriff's dept, only the Sheriff or the people CAN arrest a deputy, since the Sheriff's dept has authority over any court, so the bench order from a court does not hold power over the Sheriff dept.

There is no power higher then the  Sheirff in a county.  Not even a court !

And the Sheriff  dept belongs to the people, not the state or any Federalist !

The PEOPLE  is the only authority over the Sheriff dept.

The Sheriff is only answerable to the PEOPLE !

Will the deputy be staying at the 4th Ave. hell hole?  Or in the Glen Campbell luxury suite for jailed celebs?  Place your bets.
