Just curios. Where is the Continental Congress strength?

Many groups have done many legal things in the past. Yet Government has just ignored them. Or it has quelled them, like Waco.

When government doesn't accept what the CC is doing, will it be time for physical violence? Is there enough in strength of numbers in the police force to back the CC with fire power? If the Government has the funding to build potential concentration camps throughout America, do they also have the strength of military to put the whole country into the camps if they want?

Who has any realistic picture of what kind of strength backs the Continental Congress?
