No doubt Marijuana was the only reason why Mexicans were leaving. As we know, they are the biggest potheads in the world and provide not only the supply but the demand as well. Their neighbors to the North...well, not so much. They're all Fundamentalist Christians with higher than average moral values who don't do any of that.
Really, it's pitiful that even Mexico is more progressive and open-minded that the US. But then again, the CIA doesn't want any competition when it comes to international drug dealing.
It's just as likely to attract gringos to Mexico :)
If this doesn't entice the Mexican illegals back across the border, nothing will 8-).
