Even if you believe that abortion is murder, where in the constituion does murder fall into federal jusisdiction? Maybe it is listed as a footnote after "treason," "piracy," and "counterfeiting." Shouldn't we be more concerned about her constitutional views rather than whether or not she marches lock-step with the lastest opinion polls?
