9/11 Truth Activist Sues Glenn Beck and Fox News for Defamation

An East Coast 9/11 truth activist is preparing to file a defamation lawsuit against TV / radio personality, Glenn Beck, the producers of the Glenn Beck Program, and the Fox News Channel. Specifically, Greg Hoover will be suing the above-described defendants in Federal Court for Beck’s having repeatedly broadcast statements characterizing those who question the government’s official version of the events of 9/11 as, "anarchists," "terrorists" and as persons denying the Holocaust.

You are correct in part. There was no headline. It was added in afterwards with a blue-screen effect.

The headline is false. To be correct, replace the word "Sues" with "Says He Is Preparing To Sue". Big difference. Since the "Truth Activist" wasn't mentioned by name by Mr. Beck, the suit, if it is actually ever filed, will most likely be thrown out with a summary judgement. And the "Truth Activist" should consider the possibility that he'll be paying Fox News lawyers' fees because the suit could be judged frivolous.
