Sure it cost 28 extra lives, but that is the cost of doing business. What did the state expect ? Safety enforcement is now about big $$$$$$. Don't be so naive to believe it is about safety and saving lives. If you are too old to drive and contribute to the savety enforcement cartel maybe you can contribute to the soylent green factory.
