I really didn't think it possible to have a worse SoS than Condi Rice. Hoo boy, am I about to be proven wrong. Now usually when I'm wrong it's a good thing. In this case there's just nothing redemptive. It's not that she'll do anything different than a McCain appointee, but she's just going to be so dang much more ANNOYING.
