OR, he can fire them and challenge the bankers by Supreme Court ruling on Federal Reserve Fraud
like was done in Schecter Poultry v US 295 US 495 1935. Wher the Supreme Court ruled "Congress cannot abdicate it's duty and delegate to another group" Replace them w/Nancy Pelosi and Reid, and Barney Frank.
