Sounds to me like typical scumbag-on-scumbag violence in the inner city. We all know no one cares about these scumbags, right? Let them prey on each other. Any legislator living that high on the hog from suckling the gov't tit to the point he's gotten the state to buy him a pimped-out ride like that DESERVES to get jacked!
