IF, these jokers really wanted to stop terrorist activity ,they would start at the white house. The money they get could go to a worthy cause instead of looking for non existing terrorists at the public level..
This is no less than more new world order crap that needs to be eliminated.
Seems anyone who is able to think up an excuse to get grants, will find one , without regard for liberty, the Constitution, or Bill of Rights.
These are self serving individuals who care not for their fellow man, or this country !
