Lawsuit Filed in Hawaii Over Denial of 'Right to Concealed Carry'

The purpose of the lawsuit is to seek damages, under 42 U.S.C. 1983, 1985, and 1986, for denying and prohibiting the free exercise of my Second Amendment Right.

"... the Second Amendment guarantees a "collective" rather than an individual right." [The collective is the whole people of the United States of America. Therefore, the collective is the individual.]

[The militia at the time of the colonial governments was the colonial military that was fighting the government at the same time that it was an arm of the government it was fighting. Today's US military does not match the term militia in the Amendment. Young may need to become part of his own legally formed militia.]
