Motorist Ticketed for Driving with Open Coffee Container

A DC Sunday school teacher was acquitted last month of driving with a cup of coffee. Emily Miller had faced a $100 fine for allegedly violating the "Distracted Driver Safety Act" while on her way to church to instruct five-year-olds.
