I think this is one of the most serious developments this decade. The government-controlled no-buy-gun list will only expand exponentially as everyone is assimilated. It will be people on the no-fly list, anyone who flunked TeenScreen, anyone on painkillers, anyone who visits conspiracy websites... anyone who believes government is not to be trusted. This will be the nail in the coffin of the republic.
