William Binney
William Binney is a former high-level National Security Agency intelligence official who, after his 2001 retirement after 30 years, blew the whistle on NSA surveillance programs. His outspoken criticism of the NSA during the George W. Bush administration made him the subject of FBI investigations that included a raid on his home in 2007. Even before Edward Snowden's NSA whistle blowing, Binney publicly revealed that NSA had access to telecommunications companies' domestic and international billing records, and that since 9/11 the agency has intercepted some 15 to 20 trillion domestic communications.
The Snowden disclosures confirmed many of the surveillance dangers Binney — without the benefit of documents — had been warning about under both the Bush and Obama administrations.
Between 2001 and mid-2007, Mr. Binney was a consultant on analysis and analytic techniques to various agencies of the US government intelligence community – NSA, CIA, NRO and Customs and Border Protection in the Department of Homeland Security. From 1970 to 2001, Mr. Binney was a civilian employee of NSA. At NSA, Mr. Binney held numerous positions: Technical Director of the World Geopolitical and Military Analysis, Operations Directorate Analysis Skill field leader, member of the NSA Senior Technical Review Panel, Chair of the Technical Advisory Panel to the Foreign Relations Council, co-founder of the Sigint Automation Research Center, an agency representative to the National Technology Alliance Executive Board, and Technical Director of the Office of Russia as well as a leading analyst for warning for over 20 years.
Over the years, Mr. Binney applied mathematical discipline to collection, analysis and reporting. In the process, he was able to structure analysis and transform it into a definable discipline, making it possible to code and automatically execute functions without human intervention from the point of collection to the end product. The successful automation of analysis formed the foundation for prototype developments in the SIGINT Automation Research Center; demonstrated how to handle massive amounts of data effectively and relate results to military and other customers; and, formed the basis for organizing an international coalition of countries to develop and share technology advances.
A side note from Bill…
Actually I was the "Technical Director of the World Geopolitical and Military Analysis and Reporting Group." This was a group of approximately 6000 analysts and reporters. Plus I retired from NSA once I discovered (I was not supposed to know) Hayden implemented spying (collecting data) on every US citizen possible. For the next 6+ years I, plus other NSA whistle blowers, stayed in proper established channels (IG's, Congressional committees, congress - including now Senator Burr also we tried unsuccessfully the Chief Justice) to report violations of the constitution and existing laws. After they attacked us with the FBI and falsified evidence (2007 - 2010) to try an indict us, that was the last straw - we went public.

DR. PHRANQ TAMBURRI BIO
Dr. Phranq Tamburri is a naturopathic physician specializing in men's health with a sub-specialty in prostate cancer. In tandem to these fields, Dr. Tamburri treats male hormone deficiency, low energy, and sexual performance. Although naturopathic medicine is a specialty in itself, Dr. Tamburri has garnered recognition as an expert in the field of prostate cancer assessment, diagnosis, and treatment; each of the preceding from a balanced natural and allopathic perspective. His training in this area has been varied and wide in scope. As Chief Resident from his Alma Mater, he trained under Mayo trained urologist Bernard Gburek, M.D. at Scottsdale North Hospital while at the same time apprenticed under CMO and Physician of the Year Thomas Kruzel, N.D. who specialized in natural urology. Dr. Tamburri later was director of the Men's Health Clinic at his local teaching clinic. Currently he is long term professor of Clinical Urology at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and also sits as a member of the AZNMA and is the only naturopathic physician on the AZ State Funded SW Prostate Cancer Awareness Council. Dr. Tamburri has been published in this area along with multiple lectures to fellow physicians at yearly professional conventions. Recently he has been asked to serve as expert witness for the State of Arizona Board of Medical Examiners with regard to the management of natural prostate cancer assessment and treatment.
Dr. Tamburri, on his limited down time, loves to study Early American and World History in both didactics and in travels. He has taught inline skating for many years, hikes often with fellow doctors, and recently began pursuit as a poi practitioner!
