Food Freedom & Self Reliance Project is an outreach program of the Arizona Liberty Foundation. For a monthly donation of $15, participants receive up to 60 lbs of Fresh Produce! During the Food Freedom Distribution, we have the Liberty Market, featuring vendors related to food, health, finance, and self-reliance education in our 8,000 sq foot building.
The Arizona Liberty Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3. The Food Freedom & Self Reliance Project is not a business that you buy from, but rather a monthly, one day event where we all pool our money to buy bulk fresh food together at a much lower cost than we would pay at the grocery store. Through the Project, we offer an opportunity for low cost fresh produce with community involvement while promoting self-reliance and individual independence. We offer realistic and practical education about food preservation and storage, gardening, self-reliance, financial stability, strong family values, preparedness, and everyday life – without the hype.
Becoming self-reliant provides more personal independence, industry, thrift and self respect. Being self-reliant gives more personal opportunity to serve and care for others in need.
What does self-reliance mean to you? The typical definition means doing things all on your own, using your own resources and requiring little help from others.

DECENT: Smashing down the censorship ecosystem

DECENT promises to "smash" down the global censorship regime by using blockchain technology, anonymity and P2P sharing to return freedom of speech to society.
DECENT's developers have created their own blockchain to implement many types of transactions which ensure the security of content. The platform also allows everyone to buildapplications on top of its open source protocol.
"We chose to create our own blockchain because we needed to implement many types of transactions to ensure security of the content. Its open source so people can connect their app to the protocol to use it," explained Martin Polacek, Business Developer at DECENT. "It works similar to EthereumCT r: 32. It is a backbone layer."
According to the whitepaper, the identity of each author using the platform is protected and anonymous, and the part of the content that is not "free to read" gets encrypted. Moreover, authors can receive micropayments for their content from other users.
Martin Polacek said:
"Authors produce content and upload it to the network. The author uses the application to write and organize articles or add media files. When the author is happy with the result, he or she presses the "Publish" button. Later the author can specify the price for the content, select a part of the article that will be free to read and add metadata."
