Jay Noone
In 1982 my father bought a 10 acer tract of land, he never paid the "real estate taxes" in 1991 the TOWN OF PALMER brought him to court. My dad won. in 2012 the town filed a complaint in land court.

My dad and I put a land patent on the land, and brought it up to an allodial title status.

Land court ignored every pleading we sent, including demands for contracts compelling us to pay real estate tax, a land patent. Everything was just straight-up ignored. So in November 2012, my dad moved the tax case to federal court.

In January 2013, my dad passed away so my 3 brothers and I inherited this case. Complaints have been filed, the town's agents have all been served, and they answered with motions to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. I have answered their motions to dismiss, with motions to strike and, as of now, I am waiting for a court date.

(Here is another link to a description of Allodial Title via Land Patent that might explain it better than Wikipedia)

Eddie Free is a liberty activist based out of Washington DC who is best known for creating the Thomas Jefferson Dance Party where he, Adam Kokesh and friends were arrested for silently dancing at the memorial.  Launching into another realm of expertise, he helped organize Lemonade/Raw Milk Freedom Day on Capitol Hill as well as other protests such as the Asbury Park Swimsuit Party.  Eddie has proven himself invaluable to small family farms by working to protect and preserve their rights and our freedom to access the foods of our choice from the producer of our choice.

While not retired from active events, Eddie has dedicated recent months to entering the ranks of committed agorism.  He co-owns an agorist business selling organic heirloom seeds and merchandise throughout the liberty community.  In true spirit of practicing what he preaches, Eddie Free grows some of his own food from the seeds he sells, sources food from local farms, and helps others to obtain farm fresh items near their respective areas.

I also have an organization called The Benevolent Order of Agorist Hunters. I focus this organization on Volutaryist/Agorist principals to further our understanding of wild game, hunting and trapping, cleaning, butchering and bringing our harvest to market.
