IT WAS MURDER

• Article

According to the witness:  "The policeman, Shawn Wilson, pulled Bill out of his property and a confrontation ensued.  Had Mr. Wilson ordered Bill to get out of his Automobile?  If not, it appears that the Officer Assaulted Bill.  The confrontation was initiated by the Officer, NOT Billy Faust.  The witness further stated:  "The police say Bill was going for the officer’s tazer and the policeman shot him, and handcuffed him."  Who are the Police?  Is this the testimony of only Shawn Wilson or were there more Police Officers present?  According to the witness it is further stated:  Another De facto Page officer arrived on the scene. Who was at the scene who saw Billy going for the Officers Tazer, a non-lethal weapon?  Or is this the official version to justify Murder?  Did the Officer tell Bill that he was under arrest or did he just assault him?

Had the Officer done nothing and Billy left the scene, does the officer think that Billy could not have been found?  What was the urgency for the Officer to approach and grab Billy out of his truck?  Let me see, I attack someone and pull them out of their car and they resist, now I can murder them for resisting.  Billy Faust would have obeyed any verbal command
that the Officer verbalized.  Did the Officer tell Billy to stop or that he was under arrest?  The absence of any verbal command by the officer, clearly makes this a case of Murder!

My observation, Domestic Violence calls in too many cases end up being the alleged perpetrator is Murdered by the Police.  This is not the first time this has happened and it won't be the last until the Murderers are brought to Justice.
