American law requires that somebody show an accused person how he harmed somebody. The harmed person needs to get on the stand and speak the harm into the record... with proof of the harm. No other law applies above this. But the accused needs to require this show of harm or damage that he did. No assumptions allowed except that the accused allows assumptions. But maybe not even then. Other nation or world law does not apply to Americans. And really, it does not honestly apply to anybody worldwide.
