People are entirely looking at the idea of what abortion is in the wrong way. It's because they don't see what pregnancy is in the right way. Pregnancy (pro-creation) is a trust situation. The man is the grantor/settlor. The woman is the trustee. The new life is the beneficiary. The body being made in the woman's tummy is the property being held in trust. Abortion is destroying the body being held in trust for the beneficiary. | This is part of the reason why there isn't as much success against abortion as pro-life people would like. The body being made in the woman's tummy is private property of the beneficiary. The father or mother should be the ones fighting abortion on these grounds. But the people in office in the State should be fighting for the rights of the beneficiary just as much, because of their Oath of Office - to uphold property rights, the 4th Amendment and more. The right to private property for anyone, even a beneficiary, is one of the fundamental rights in the USA.
