Fill - I mean, really fill - your flocks on the Word so that faith comes to them. Then focus, both in prayer, and mentally, on the results you want to achieve. When there is togetherness in prayer and thought, mountains will move for you, by the hand of God Himself. He can easily postpone the evil of the end times until after you all are gone, and your flocks scattered. But you are needed, now, to clean up the mess of the world, mostly by preaching Christ and Him crucified for our sins.
