Enter court the correct way, as a man or woman, and many of 'their' person oriented definitions are not you. 2) Refile for your Passport in the proper way, showing that you are a State Citizen, and you may not owe IRS taxes. Why not? Because you are not a US citizen. If you legally don't file IRS taxes, you don't file State taxes. Why not? Because you can't.
