Business rules all. You can tell by the clothing they wear. It's the clothing of the US business people - suit and tie. At least some of the Arab countries wear traditional garb at times, thereby showing that they are their own country. But the Hungarian President wore standard American businessman clothing, showing that Hungary isn't so much of its own country as they try to lead us to believe.
