Newsom is kinda getting himself into hot water with this. He does have an Oath of Office on file, doesn't he? To uphold the Constitution, doesn't he? So it's his fault that people have guns. He swore to uphold the Constitution. This means that all the gun violence done since he took his Oath of Office is really his fault for upholding it, right? I wonder what you would have to do to make this fly in a court battle against him.
