Looks like you are going to have to stand as a man, and sue the humans who are damaging you. If you haven't found which court cases are blocking you, your suit should help. Then sue those folks. I'm sure you can find enough people in your email list to help you with record keeping. If the people you sue don't appear in human being person, sell your default judgment that you get: Google "We buy Judgments." If they DO appear - make sure you have your ducks in a row ahead of time.
