Since a President can't be both, President and not President at the same time, there is another way. Find a benefit that the President is doing for you, and take it to the jury for trial to determine if you would lose a benefit (being harmed thereby) when the President is removed. If the jury votes the President to remain President, he shall remain. If they vote him out, impeach him. Then, take it before a bunch of juries in a bunch of locations around the country. This way, if the votes of the juries are about even - even for him to remain or to be removed - the country can separate into two countries that are mingled together, right within local neighborhoods. One of the countries keeps the President. The other impeaches him. Jury nullification, you know.
