The American flag on the moon is only important as far as the people behind it are important. What does the flag signify? A collaboration of people? Yes! And the most important part of that collaboration is the 12-person jury. The 12-person jury predates the United States. It was born out of British Common law, and such has never been annulled. Rather, if anything it has been enhanced. Nobody owns the moon by a flag. Rather, the flag is the symbol of the 12-person jury, which can rule in multitudes of directions and areas that the Untied States Government is not able or allowed by its own writings. There is no ownership of anything on the moon by the planting of a flag.
