The whole banking system is the shady financial system.

People who move funds using means and methods that bypass some of the banking system, are simply protection assets.

If we didn't have the corrupt banking system, bankers' funds would have remained with the people, there would be a whole lot more prosperity throughout the land, and the so-called shady tactics of people trying to protect property from the bankers would be unnecessary.

Part of the reason that Americans are left out of much of the Panama Papers stuff is, any American can do this whole thing, or nullify this whole thing for himself, any time he wants. This includes nullifying most of the American laws for himself, if he only knows the bottom-line, simplest of legal tactics. Panama Papers people know this, and, therefore, don't want Americans in the deal.
