Ridiculous! There may be a lot of people pissed but most are not pissed off enough to risk their lives which is what it takes. Further, pissed off people are still in a serious minority. And fragmented in their beliefs. Unless they can coalesce behind a cause there will be no civil war. Nor should anyone eagerly hope for such as it is the ultimate of destruction.
