I found out the hard way that Netflix, reasonably priced and well worth the price, is not tenable if you don't have broadband network already. I have pretty good internet service for most usages through Verizon, but I am limited to 15 gb of data usage over month. I decided to try Netflix, and found out that Netflix uses 1/3 gb of data per hour. And I couldn't get a straight answer from Verizon how much it would cost to buy enough increased data limit to cover the usage that I might wish to use. I chose to use none, and canceled my Netflix account.
