Being Pastor Baldwin rejects Yahweh's triune moral law (His commandments, statutes, and judgments) as the supreme law of the land,* I would like to know what laws Pastor Baldwin believes the Romans 13 government, as described in Verses 3 and 4, is to use to determine what constitutes an unlawful act and what judgment is to be used if someone is convicted of a crime? If such is not to be determined by Yahweh's perfect law and altogether righteous judgments (Psalm 19:7-11), then by default it's left for finite man to determine, for example, what is and what is not a capital crime. As such, what makes Pastor Baldwin's Romans 13 government any better than those who interpret Romans 13:1-2 as applying to any and all man-made governments? *See blog article "Open Response to Pastor Chuck Baldwin’s 'How Christians and Conservatives are Helping to Destroy America'” at http://www.constitutionmythbusters.org/open-response-to-pastor-chuck-baldwins-how-christians-and-conservatives-are-helping-to-destroy-america/.
