It's about time. You can't travel US 165 in Louisiana without getting a speeding ticket. About 10 years ago, there was a near riot over a ticket written in Woodworth for 1 mph over the limit. A high-ranking state official - governor, or ag, got involved and let the town know that US 165 had not been 4-laned to generate revenue for the town of Woodworth.
