We might add one other thing, apparently, Mrs. Horton, like most Americans, doesn’t know the difference between “tax evasion” and “tax avoidance." Tax evasion is not only a crime, but a sin. Tax avoidance is neither. There is also one other thing that we haven't addressed in this case, and that is the fact, that when one turns someone into the IRS, and there is a collection made, that person receives ten percent of all that is collected. Pensacola Christian College could have collected 10% of whatever was collected from the Hovind's and the sale of "Dino" land.)
