We have found a congregation that is aware of all this, and the Messianic Rabbi has said, in spite of seeking 501c 3 status, that there are orders he simply (and the board agrees) will not obey. Your thoughts? Also, and this may actually be more difficult for me to phrase correctly, What do you think of the laity using their spiritual (teaching, encouraging...) and other gifts in the main service? Should that be left for small groups in most cases?
