Good morning Stephen.... and thanks for buttering my bread today with visions of death and destruction. Let's see... now we are comparing the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising of WWII with the situation in the Gaza Strip. I fail to see any comparison between the two, one being a last stand by a few brave souls against an enemy seeking to destroy everyone (genocide), and the other a measured response by a sovereign nation against terrorists firing missiles at civilian targets. Remember I have already conceded the point that one man's terrorist is another man's patriot. But let's look a little deeper here.  Any serious student of history knows the brave souls in the Ghetto Uprising had no expectation of victory or rescue - they were simply making a statement and punishing the enemy with their last breath. The Germans put down the rebellion but had to divert precious resources from the Russian Front to do so, a victory? Not in my book.  I sincerely hope there can be a resolution to the crisis in Gaza, but violence begets violence, plain and simple.  The political and military organization known as Hamas is their own worst enemy, and Israel will quash them like a bug. I do believe Palestine has a right to exist and to self determinantion. But the truth is Israel also has a right to exist and to defend herself from terrorist acts against her people. The Gaza is currently under blockade and a seige for good reason, and until the people living there get serious about electing leaders that acknowledge and respect Israel's right to exist the violence will continue, and Israel will prevail by force.  Israel has shown tremendous restraint but her patience is limited.  If my history is correct, she has fought four major wars and several lessor ones to earn her right to exist - and remains undefeated. Pretty good track record Stephen... Did Israel overstep this time - I seriously doubt it.

If this were 80 years ago in say Poland, Lendman would be writing how jewish criminals violently struck kind german guards who were helping the filthy criminal Jews into the showers. Or maybe he would write how childish Jewesses crying over their absent children being cared for by the good Dr. Mengelea kept the poor German caretakers awake at night.
