yeah, so?  This is what any 2nd-amendment-loving patriot would do if he were assaulted.  And it's what that Ron Paul supporter, John Stewart (???), got arrested and prosecuted for a few years ago when he was driving in his truck.

"The attacker got out of the car and collapsed. He was taken to a hospital and was in serious but stable condition."  Since the guy lived, why does the picture shown above show someone that is dead under a sheet?
