I read one of your recent articles concerning open immigration policies dating back to the 60's.  You credited the Democrats with most of that.

Recently on the Imus in the Morning show, Bob Beckel was a guest.  He was not immaculately groomed.  It seems his alarm clock had failed him that morning and he awoke less than 30 minutes before his scheduled appearance.  He leapt out of bed, hastily dressed and fast-walked to the studios.

At that point Imus asked Beckel where he lived.

Beckel replied, "Oh, a couple of blocks and about a hundred languages from here!"

The irony.  Beckel is a major player in the party that brought those 100 languages to those two blocks.  And he's amused by it.  And he expects others to be amused.

Fine.

I hasten to add, both major parties have contributed significantly to the quagmire in which our dear and fabulously wealthy country currently flounders.

Open immigration is just one more nail . . .  Still it's a nail.  Does anybody see a claw hammer layin' around here anywhere?!  Let's get one and start pullin' some of those suckers out!
