Good article. However the information regarding the cleanup of corrosive ammo is incorrect. You cannot "neutralize" a salt. You can only wash it away, preferably with very hot water. Windex will work, but it's only the water in the Windex that's washing the salts away. The "ammonia", as they call it (it's actually a form of alcohol) will not aide. Using oil or WD40 will only cover and slightly displace the salts - causing problems later. Hot water rinse, with patch, then clean as you usually do. Easy.
Great article, but why no mention of the SAR-1 in the Romanian section? Lately, they seem to be even more common than the WASR-10 at the gun shows, here on the East coast at least.
I second using the hot water rinse when using corrosive ammo in your AK74. Flush it good, patch it dry and then clean and oil normally. It's kept my 74s working nicely. It's hard to say if this will be as much of an issue going forward since Obummer has banned future import of the 7N9 ammo as part of his sanctions against those Evil Russkies. I guess he was jealous of Putin's date at the Gaz Prom :-)
