County Attorney Does Not Want (Drug War) Debate Recorded!
• http://attorneyforfreedom.blogspot.comAn email was sent to both County Attorney Bill Montgomery and Attorney Marc Victor asking that the debate be recorded. Marc Victor welcomed the idea of recording the debate, but County Attorney Bill Montgomery does not want the debate recorded.
It is a public debate at a public forum...so of course the hosting public institution will ban recording under penalty of death and enforce copyright infringement claims with Youtube should surreptitious recording take place anyhow--because how can you stop it in this day and age.
Blah Blah Blah... this "recording of the event" issue is just a method of getting out of getting his ass kicked.... IMNSHO
If his position was so solid, why is he afraid to have it recorded?
