Budget cuts force Calif. police and firemen to watch man drown
• http://www.rawstory.com/Police and firemen in Alameda, California watched a man drown on Monday after realizing they did not have proper certifications for water rescue, leaving them open to possible lawsuits if they attempted to save him.
There are two things really unconscionable about this situation and both are related to government. One, proper certification to save a persons, life when that is the very essence of what they are paid to do? Secondly, that the judicial system has been so convoluted by frivolous law suits and bad judical decisions that attempted to save or protect someone including yourselve becomes a potential liability?
1. Licensure Laws? Do they protect the public or the Licensee?
2. Government bureaucrats? Are the protecting the public or the bureacracy?
3. The Judicary? There is no reasonable question that can be asked here as it has always been the ultimate source of graft and corruption and the ultimate protection racket for those in political power.
Do we need further proof that we need to take this government down?
Where were the clueless sheeple? Can't any of the sheep swim?
