MIGHT NOT THE MONEY BE BETTER SPENT, (1) DESTROYING BIG OIL; (2) DEVELOPING ALTERNATE ENERGY, (3) THE TECHNOLOGY HAS ALREADY BEEN DEVELOPED AND IN PLACE, MAKE EVERY HOME SITE AN ENERGY PRODUCER (4) SUBSIDE THE ENGINEERS IF NEED BE, TURN THEM LOOSE WITH ENCOURAGEMENT, GREAT THINGS CAN BE EXPECETED.
