A motorcycle accident claimed the life of Tennessee Liberty Alliance president Fred Childress this past Saturday. Fred was a dedicated, principled libertarian and a good friend.
I got to know Fred over the last couple of years. Long conversations about how he got involved, the friends that he made, what he thought the future would be like and how much he continued to work to educate many others about the awareness that he received from his experiences. A loss,... a real loss.
Fred, it was a pleasure getting to know you.
Peace to your friends and family,
Ernie
I am very sorry for your loss. I am certain that Fred will be missed within your freedom community there in Tennessee, and the movement has lost a friend, a patriot, a freedom fighter, an activist. Peace to the family and friends.

Treasure in HeavenTreasure In Heaven.
Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
This is the silver, his name, which is exalted above all blessings and praise. When you are standing up for the Lord, and identifying the right Christ and how you find the right Christ, you are storing up silver in heaven. The people in Mt. 7:21-23 were serving the wrong Christ and had trusted a counterfeit Christ for salvation. Matthew 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Psalms 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
Here we find the highest thing in the universe, the word. When you know what the word of God is, and you stand up for it, you are storing up gold in heaven. It’s the King James Bible, which is the preserved word of God Ps. 12:6-7 and it is inspired, II Tim. 3:16 which says “all scripture is given by inspiration of God.” Job 32:8 But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding. Ps. 12:6 says every word of God is pure. There are words in the King James Bible that are not in the Greek or Hebrew languages. Yet when you match them with the same words that are in the original languages, they give you a precise understanding by the precept of how the Bible is to be interpreted. Isaiah 28:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Therefore you will receive greater light, and understanding as in Mt. 1:1, above, than you will ever get with just the Hebrew or the Greek languages. Notice the order, in Mt. 1:1, The book, the word, the gold, it is the highest thing in the universe even exalted about his name. The silver, Jesus Christ, the name, these bring forth the precious stones, David and Abraham the sons. Matthew 1:1 ¶The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. (Gold, silver, precious stones.)
When the Bible refers to Word with a capital (W) it is always referring to the Lord himself as God manifest in the flesh. 1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. As inJohn 1:1 ¶In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Never do you find a (s) when it is written with a capital (W) because there is only one God. When you find the words he spake or inspired through men, referred to as scripture, as Proverbs 30:5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. 6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar. Notice He and his words are one, just as you and your words are one. John 10:30 I and my Father are one. (I) In this verse represents the Son as silver who spoke many words of the Father. Psalms 12:6 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. 7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. The Goldrepresents the Father; the Word, the silver represents the words the Father spoke through the Son.
18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. Proverbs 11:18 ¶The wicked worketh a deceitful work: but to him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward.
Matthew 13:37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
Mark 4:14 The sower soweth the word. I think it is only fitting here that we be reminded of these verses in John 4:34 Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
36 And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.
37 And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth.
38 I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.
2 Thessalonians 2:17 Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. He has promised his word to every generation. Even though we are a different generation than 1611 he has inspired men to day and his word to day just as he has in all other generations. Psalms 100:5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations. That is exactly what Satan is doing. Isaiah 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Isaiah 14:15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; 17 That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners? This is Satan working in the lost. Ephesians 3:1 ¶For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles, this is the Lord working in the saved. Satan can never be like the most High with his corrupted wisdom.
If you are a pastor of a church, why don’t you nullify the confusion by standing up for God’s word the King James Bible and tell people what Satan doesn’t want them to know and store up much treasure in heaven while you can, gold, silver and the precious stones? I Jn. 4:1-6.
Isaiah 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. (The King James Bible is not hard to understand, it is hard to believe.) (The only sin that cannot be forgiven is unbelief.) Heb. 11:6/ Ro. 10:17.The only hope for this nation is to get back to the King James Bible.
II Cor. 11:1-15 says you can receive another Jesus, another spirit, and another gospel from Satan’s ministers. In that same chapter 7 the Bible says the only way one can know is by their fruits, Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. 15 ¶Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
2 Peter 3:9 ¶The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
John 12:50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
4 ¶Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. Two spirits manifesting two sources of wisdoms by two Gods using the breath of life, and in this case man’s. One is the wisdom of this world which is foolishness with God 1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. And the other is the wisdom from above Ja.3:17.
Matthew 16:22 Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee.
23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.
Joel 3:9 ¶Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up:Your “come up” is not the same “come up” to the Christian, Rev. 4:1.
I was impressed with what I read of his writings and efforts. I'm humbled to offer condolences to his family and our extended people in TN. As a motorcyclist, we say he died the way he lived: free.
With respect,
Oyate
