I simply love this man. "Achieves Regulatory Capture", that's a keeper. He's exactly right.
In short, no regulations. No regulatory capture, no captives. But don’t forget we always wake up from daydreaming, only to hate being confronted by Reality: In the world we live in, regulation is as certain as death and taxes. But in L. Frank Baum’s World of Oz, that’s nothing serious. More so in the dark world of politicians, especially in Congress – where respect of the law is just adult entertainment meant to amuse children. It’s a world full of fantasy. For example, kick regulatory bodies like a dog because of the regulatory laws they implement, and at the same time ask for respect of the law. And there you are, everybody is welcome to this world of weirdoes!
The best soultion is to outlaw corporations like the founders wanted. They knew they ammassed to much money and power over employees, people and government.
