A peer to peer website is one of THE greatest things ever almost as good as warez but not really.
The are magical places where you can get free music movies and computer software all with the increased risk of a virus or trojan.

Exactly LoTek. A "peer-to-peer website" is a meaningless term coined by an ignoramus who probably meant "torrent tracker" but was too technically illiterate to understand the basic concepts. This same ignoramus will, no doubt, will be a high-ranking regulator. The funny thing is that we've seen this before. Right now there are a million 12 year old hackers laughing their heads off and saying "bring it on!". And a few 42 year old ones too :-).
